At Rockstar Original, we want you to be completely satisfied with your streetwear; therefore, we offer returns on unworn items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery. Please note that certain limited-edition drops and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label, which will be emailed to you instantly for a flat-rate deduction from your refund.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, attach the return shipping label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return for quality assurance, we will process your refund or store credit within 7-10 business days.
